How to read "prices from" carefully
When a competitor says *"prices from £X"* with no ladder: 1. Ask what changes the price (premises size, number of floors, outbuildings, HMO vs office). 2. Ask whether the report, the on-site time, and the remedial summary are included. 3. Ask how long the quote is valid.
