How the platform fee works
HawkSwift takes a flat £15 + 12% of the assessment fee — and you always keep at least 70% of every job. Example: a £599 care-home FRA = £510.88 to you, £88.12 platform fee. No monthly subscription, no upfront cost.
You stay the competent person on your own assessments. HawkSwift supplies the system, the brand and the pipeline.
